QUALITY CONTROL OF OUR PRODUCTS

Our operations at D&G Precast follow strict quality control procedures, that cover the whole process from detailing stage, fabrication, storage, transportation until final installation on site. Our focus is to maintain the high quality reputation of which we are proud, and for which we intend to apply for ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications;

The Operational Activities for the production of all our precast products are well documented in the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), and we are proud of the commitment portrayed by all personnel at D&G Precast in ensuring that each parameter of the QMS is properly executed.

Lattice beams, T-beams, and Precast culverts are properly tracked and identified with relevant IDENTIFICATION stickers as guided by the Established D&G Quality Control Procecedures.

The quality mindset is inscribed in the hearts of every D&G Personnel, from top management to the gate keeper. 

The slogan: "Say it, Do it, and Prove it"  governs our processes as we focus on QUALITY in every aspect of our operations, literary speaking - "Quality issues" have been impressed in the hearts of every D&G personnel, they talk about them when they are at work, at their homes, and when they walk along the road, They think about them when they lie down and when they get up, they have tied them as symbols in their hands and bound them in their foreheads".

In the production of precast units the quality of incoming materials is adhered to, all steel bars and concrete ingredients (water, sand, aggregates, and cement) are tested to conform to relevant international stardards based on design specifications - and records kept on site as instituted in the Company's Quality Management System.

Each concrete pour is accompanied by taking respective concrete cubes which are tested at 7 and 28 days and as guided by relevant accepted international standards and design specifications.

Production of concrete blocks follows similar quality control procedures, starting from the selections of appropriate raw materials, production, testing of concrete blocks (for comformance), storage of blocks, and transportation to site with minimal or no damage to the units.

We also acknowledge our duty to ensure that  our  Operational  Activities,  products,  and   wastes  are  handled, transported,  used,   and disposed-off  safely   and   without unacceptable  risk  to the environment.
